Overview of the Position
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of STPI will serve as the top executive responsible for the strategic and operational management of the organization. Qualifications and Experience
Essential Qualification
The ideal candidate must possess at least one of the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, or an equivalent field from a recognized, accredited, and reputed institute/university.
- Master’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Science, or equivalent from a recognized, reputed institute/university.
Desirable Qualification
- Ph.D. in Technology, Engineering, or a related field from a recognized, accredited, and reputed institute/university.
Experience
The candidate should demonstrate a minimum of ten (10) years of extensive experience in the industry or in roles that promote startups, innovation, and entrepreneurship. Specific experience should include:
- Leadership roles such as Founder, Co-Founder, Managing Director, or Chairman in startup organizations or tech companies.
- Experience in managing or leading reputed innovation centers, incubators, accelerators, centers of excellence, entrepreneurship development cells, or mentoring organizations.
- Track record of fostering productive ecosystems that support startups and innovation.
Salary and Compensation
The selected candidate will receive a consolidated salary of Rs. 2,00,000/- per month. The salary package may be relaxed for deserving candidates based on industry standards and experience, subject to the provisions in the Detailed Project Report (DPR).

Selection Process
The selection will proceed through a rigorous multi-stage process:
