Eligibility Criteria
Essential Educational Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a Master’s Degree in one of the following disciplines:
- Soil Science
- Geology
- Geography
- Soil & Water Conservation Engineering
- Water Resources
- Geo-informatics
- Remote Sensing & GIS
- Computer Application
The degree should be achieved through 4 or 5 years of Bachelor’s study. Candidates holding a Master’s Degree with a 3-year Bachelor’s Degree must have NET qualification.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum one-year experience working with GIS software such as ARC GIS, ERDAS Imagine, Q-GIS, ENVI.
- Experience in hardware and networking is also necessary.
Additional Qualifications:
Knowledge of hardware, networking fundamentals, and GIS software is mandatory for the role.
