1. Project Lead

The Project Lead will hold a leadership role, primarily focusing on driving rural incubation programs. This entails working in collaboration with DAY-NRLM (Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana – National Rural Livelihoods Mission) and USRLM (Uttar Pradesh State Rural Livelihoods Mission).

2. Business Manager

The Business Manager will support field-level activities, including mentoring, enterprise development, and ensuring the smooth operation of incubation programs. This role emphasizes fostering sustainable rural livelihoods through enterprise promotion and support services.

Eligibility Criteria

For Project Lead

The candidate must possess:

Post-Graduate Degree	In Business Management, Rural Management, Development Studies, Economics, Accounts, Agri-Business Management, Entrepreneurship, or allied disciplines
Professional Qualifications	CA, ICWA, CMA, CS, or equivalent
Experience	12–15 years of progressive experience in managing manufacturing or enterprise-led businesses, preferably in sectors such as food processing, handicrafts, agricultural-based industries Leadership in setting up, scaling, and managing business operations Experience with P&L responsibilities, revenue growth, cost control, and financial sustainability Deep understanding of rural markets, value chains, micro-enterprises, and SHG ecosystems Strong industry networks across manufacturers, financial institutions, and technology providers Proven track record in team leadership, program planning, and data analysis

Additional certifications or exposure in manufacturing operations, incubation, or large-scale program management are advantageous.

For Business Manager

The candidate must possess:

Post-Graduate Degree	In Business Management, Rural Management, Development Studies, Economics, Accounts, or related fields
Professional Qualifications	CA, ICWA/CMA, CS, or equivalent
Experience	Minimum three years of professional experience in enterprise promotion, management, or operations Experience with selling, marketing, branding, and channel development of rural/community products Hands-on experience with export facilitation, procurement, and supply chain management for community enterprises Prior work with MSMEs, SHGs, FPOs, cooperatives, or incubation programs is an added advantage

Preference will be given to candidates from reputed institutions like IRMA, IIMs, IITs, or NITs. The educational qualification may be relaxed for candidates with substantial relevant professional experience in collaboration with SRLMs.

Salary and Remuneration

The salary structure for each position is as follows:
