Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
Candidates should possess a BTech / BE / MTech / ME degree in one of the following disciplines:
- Electrical Engineering
- Electronics Engineering
- Electronics and Communications
- Electronics and Instrumentation
- Computer Science and Engineering

Additional Qualifications
- Candidates with NET or GATE qualification, or with a national-level exam conducted by Central Government departments, will be preferred.
- The candidate should have an excellent academic record with a minimum of 60% or equivalent in Graduation (BTech/BE/MTech/ME) and a minimum of 55% in 10th and 12th standards.
Desirable Skills and Experience
- Strong understanding of Digital Circuits, Analog Circuits, and VLSI Design
- Hands-on experience with VLSI tools and techniques
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Python, Verilog, SystemVerilog, or equivalents
- Interest and familiarity with computer architecture, system simulators
