Educational Qualification
The candidate should possess either:
- A graduation degree in Engineering, Science, Commerce, or Finance from a recognized university or institution with a good academic record.
- OR a Certificate of Competency as Master (FG), Dredge Master Grade-I, MEO Class-I, or Dredge Engineer Grade-I.

Experience Requirements

Additional Experience & Working Conditions
Candidates working in the private sector should have experience in organizations listed on stock exchanges with a minimum turnover of Rs.800 crore annually. All applicants must be currently employed in a regular capacity, not on contractual or ad-hoc basis.
Internal candidates should have at least 20 years of post-qualification experience and a minimum of 6 years at the GM/CGM level. Preference will be given to those with experience in shipping, ports, or dredging sectors.
Salary & Benefits
