Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
- Executive Director (Operations & Technical): Graduate in Engineering with good academic record from a recognized university or institution, OR Certificate of Competency as Master (FG)/Dredge Master Grade-I/MEO Class-I/Dredge Engineer Grade-I.
- Executive Director (Finance): Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA). A management degree from a reputed institution is an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 25 years post-qualification experience for external candidates.
- For private sector candidates: At least 5 years as Head of Department reporting to MD/CEO in organizations with a minimum turnover of Rs. 800 Crore and annual salary of Rs. 45 Lakhs or above.
- For PSEs/Government/Autonomous bodies: Currently working in E-7 grade or equivalent, with at least 4 years in E-7 or an equivalent grade.
- Internal candidates require a minimum of 20 years post-qualification experience.

Selection Process
