Eligibility Criteria

1. Project Scientist (Team Lead)

Qualification: Ph.D. in Avionics / Aerospace / Electrical & Electronics / Instrumentation / Communication Engineering or an M.E./M.Tech./MS (Engg) in the same fields with a minimum of 8+ years of experience in drone/defense sectors.

Essential Skills & Experience: Expertise in drone rules and regulations, leadership in drone projects, technical management, networking skills, organizational capabilities, leadership qualities, communication skills, problem-solving, adaptability to field conditions, and team management.

Desired Qualifications: Prior experience with BVLOS projects, retired DGCA/Defense professionals preferred, DGCA Remote Pilot Instructor certification advantageous.

2. Project Associate- II (Technical Research & UAV Systems Engineer)

Qualification: M.E./M.Tech. or Ph.D. in Mechanical, Aerospace, Applied Mechanics, or related fields with minimum 2+ years of experience; B.E./B.Tech. with 4+ years in relevant fields.

Essential Skills & Experience: CAD/CAE, CFD, thermal and aerodynamic analysis, engineering design, documentation, SOPs, technical report writing, project coordination, field and lab testing, and flexibility in timings.

Desired Qualifications: UAV systems exposure, aerodynamic studies, familiarity with DGCA drone rules, experience with technical research, and simulation work. DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate is preferred.

3. Project Associate II (UAV System Engineer)

Qualification: M.E./MS in Navigation, Avionics, Aerospace, Electrical, Electronics, Communication engineering, or equivalent with 2+ years’ experience; B.E./B.Tech with 4+ years’ experience.

Essential Skills & Experience: UAV control systems, navigation, guidance, communication systems, avionics, stability, and operational coordination. Flexibility to field conditions is required.

4. Project Associate II (BVLOS Flight Operations & Field Testing Engineer)

Qualification: M.E./M.Tech. or B.E. in Aerospace, Aeronautical, Avionics, Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics, Instrumentation, or similar with 2+ years’ experience; B.E. with 4+ years’ experience.

Essential Skills & Experience: UAV sensors, flight controllers, field testing, trial planning, documentation, familiarity with Drone Rules 2021, safety procedures, and BVLOS operational protocols.

5. Project Associate II (Aerospace Structures Engineer)

Qualification: M.E./MS in Aerospace / Aerospace Structures / Aeronautics / Mechanical with 2+ years’ experience or B.E. in similar fields with 4+ years’ experience.

Essential Skills & Experience: Aerospace structures, structural testing and analysis, documentation, design software, 3D printing, CNC machining. DGCA Remote Pilot certification is a plus.

6. Project Associate II (Communication Engineer)

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in ECE/EEE/CSE/IT or equivalent with 2+ years’ experience or M.E./MS in related fields.

Essential Skills & Experience: RF communication, digital electronics, drone avionics, anti-drone tech, programming embedded systems, UAV flight controllers, field flexibility, DGCA Remote Pilot Certification preferred.

7. Project Associate II (GCS Software & BVLOS Systems Engineer)

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in ECE/EEE/CSE/IT or similar field.

Essential Skills & Experience: Ground Control Station software development, API integration, telemetry, data links, control protocols, scripting (Python, C/C++), dashboards, simulation tools. Remote Pilot Certification is an advantage.

8. Project Associate I (Drone Pilot – BVLOS Operations)

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Aero, Mechanical, ECE, EEE, or equivalent.

Essential Skills & Experience: Practical drone flying, mission execution, troubleshooting, pre/post-flight checks, telemetry monitoring, log documentation, DGCA Remote Pilot License required.

9. Project Technician

Qualification: Diploma or Degree in relevant technical fields.

Essential Skills & Experience: Basic knowledge of drone components, wiring, maintenance, troubleshooting, safety practices, and outdoor operational support.

10. Office Assistant

Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass or Diploma.

Essential Skills & Experience: Computer operation, MS Office proficiency, data entry, email handling, office equipment management, adaptability, and ability to travel when required.

Selection Process
