Key Responsibilities

The Assistant Quality Manager will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the quality standards within ACTREC. The core responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and monitoring quality management systems (QMS) aligned with NABL, NABH, and JCI accreditation standards.
  • Conducting internal audits related to hospital and laboratory processes to ensure compliance with established quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Hospital Administration or Business Administration

Work Experience

The candidate should have at least one (1) year of experience in hospital administration or related fields. Preference will be given to candidates familiar with accreditation standards such as NABL, NABH, or JCI, and with hands-on knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), internal audits, and hospital accreditation processes.
