Eligibility Criteria

Technical Assistant

Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess a 3-year Diploma in Electronics, IT, Computer Science, or Computer Hardware Engineering from an institution recognized and approved by the Government of Kerala. The diploma must be obtained through a full-time regular course.

Experience: Minimum of one year of work experience in Government Departments, Courts, or Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) in roles involving IT technical support, hardware/software troubleshooting, networking, and on-site tech support.

Desirable: Six months of experience as Technical Support in courts or e-courts projects related to judiciary e-initiatives.

Data Entry Operator

Educational Qualification: A 3-year Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Hardware, Electronics, or an equivalent degree obtained via a full-time regular course. Candidates with a recognized degree plus a Computer Word Processing or Data Entry Operation Certificate are also eligible.

Experience: At least one year of relevant experience in word processing, data entry, managing e-Sewa Kendra (digital service centers), or handling ICT equipment within Government Departments, Courts, or PSUs.

Desirable: Six months of experience working in courts implementing e-courts projects or handling ICT equipment and data entry operations.

Age Limit & Relaxation

The age limit for applicants is between 18 and 41 years as of 20-12-2025. The age is calculated based on candidates born between 02/01/1984 and 01/01/2007, both dates inclusive. Age relaxation policies applicable as per Kerala High Court norms and government regulations.
