Selection Process

The positions are purely contractual, with an initial engagement period of two years. There is no guarantee of regular employment or absorption into the organization.
Persons engaged will work on a full-time basis and are not permitted to undertake other employment during the contract period.
Additional tasks may be assigned to contractual employees outside their core responsibilities.
Engagement may be extended based on performance and organizational requirements, with an annual review.
Contract can be terminated by either party with one month’s notice or one month’s salary in lieu.
