Eligibility Criteria
Canteen Supervisor
The candidate must possess one of the following qualifications:
- Degree in Catering Technology / Catering Science / Hotel Management, OR
- Three Year Diploma in Catering Technology / Catering Science / Hotel Management, OR
- Std X pass with a Diploma or Certificate in Catering / Food Production / Food & Beverage of minimum one-year duration with five years of post-qualified supervisory experience in a canteen or classified star hotel.
**Note:** If there are insufficient candidates with the required qualification and experience, candidates with 2 years’ experience may also be considered at the discretion of the management.
Cook cum Bearer
The ideal candidate should have:
- Standard X Pass, and
- Certificate in Food Production / Cooking from an recognized Institute, and
- Minimum five years of experience as Cook (Vegetarian/Non-vegetarian) in an industrial canteen or similar establishment.
**Note:** In the absence of sufficiently qualified candidates, those with less or no prescribed experience may also be considered, at the management’s discretion.
