Educational and Experience Qualifications

Essential Educational Qualification:

Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a recognized university or institute. Candidates must possess five years of relevant experience in a Government Department, Public Sector Undertaking, or a reputable Commercial Organization, holding a position with a pay scale not below that of a Class-II post in the organization.

Language and Additional Qualification Requirements

Hindi or Sanskrit should be qualified up to Matriculation level or 10+2/B.A./M.A., with Hindi being one of the subjects.

Additional Experience Requirement

The candidate must have at least five years of relevant experience in a comparable role as specified above.

Nationality Requirements

The candidate must be a citizen of India, or a subject of Nepal or Bhutan, or a Tibetan refugee who arrived in India before 1 January 1962 and intended to settle permanently. Additionally, Indian-origin persons who have migrated from certain specified countries with the intention of settling in India and possess an eligibility certificate are also eligible.

Selection Process

The recruitment process typically involves three stages:
