Eligibility Criteria
For Consultant
Essential Qualifications: B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or Electronics & Communications plus a minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience. Experience should encompass electronics/IT/telecommunication/business administration, ICT for Development, capacity building, project management, techno-financial analysis, feasibility studies, and related areas.
