Eligibility Criteria

For Consultant

Essential Qualifications: B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or Electronics & Communications plus a minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience. Experience should encompass electronics/IT/telecommunication/business administration, ICT for Development, capacity building, project management, techno-financial analysis, feasibility studies, and related areas. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in government-funded projects and MIS development.

Desirable Qualifications: An MBA degree or equivalent; proven experience in handling government projects, monitoring, impact and feasibility analysis, and MIS maintenance.

For Resource Person (Project Co-Ordination)

Essential Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 4 years’ relevant experience in project management and coordination.

Desirable Qualifications: Familiarity with office productivity tools and experience in project activities coordination, management, and reporting.
