Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications

Salary and Benefits
Compensation
The selected candidates will receive a fixed consolidated monthly salary of Rs. 60,000. Additionally, they will be entitled to:
- An annual increment of 5% on the fixed consolidated pay after each completed year of service.
- Medical coverage with a Medical Health Insurance policy worth Rs. 3 Lakhs for self, with an annual premium ceiling of Rs. 4,000. The premium will be reimbursed upon submission of the policy document and receipts.
- Statutory Provident Fund (EPF) contributions, with IRCON matching the employee’s PF deduction. The accumulated PF will be payable at the end of the contract.

General Instructions and Contract Conditions
Nature of Appointment
This recruitment is for contractual posts only. The appointment will initially be for a period of two years, extendable by one more year based on performance and project requirements. The contract is co-terminus with the project, and there is no right to regularization or absorption into the company’s regular establishment.
Leave Policy
Contract employees are entitled to one leave for each calendar month of service. Leave can be accumulated but not encashed. No other leave types are permitted.
Working Conditions
- Weekly off and public holidays will be as per project norms.
- Travel and Dearness Allowance (TA/DA) will be provided for outstation duties.
