How to calculate Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana interest?
Generally, you can use the below formula to calculate the interest earned on an SSY account:
A = P(1+r/n)^nt
Here
A | Amount at maturity (Compound interest) |
P | Initial Deposit (Principal amount) |
r | Rate of interest |
n | Number of times interest compounds in a year |
t | Number of years |
Since the interest earned on an SSY account is compound every year, Calculating interest manually may not be an easy task.
