Haryana CET is a Common Eligibility Test (CET) that is applicable only for Group C and Group D posts released by Haryana Government. The Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) has set the 9th of August 2022 as the test date for Group C and Group D recruitment. The Real Exam will probably take place between November 5 and November 7, 2022. Candidates who pass this CET test will be qualified to sit for the HSSC Group B and C recruitment examinations that will be held in the future, and Haryana CET is only open to 10th and 12th grade graduates. The CET scorecard will be valid for three years.

CET Score Validity
The Haryana State Government has announced that the HSSC CET scores are valid for three years. This indicates that individuals may apply for Group C and D positions that have been made available within the validity of the scores.
Application Fee
The fee must be paid online or with an e-Challan. Once a fee has been paid for an application form, it cannot be changed or adjusted. Age Limit
- The age limit of the candidates should be between18 to 42 years.
- Relaxation in age to the applicants of Scheduled Castes, Backward Classes and other categories and of experience shall be admissible as per rules or instructions issued by the Government of Haryana from time to time.

Essential Academic Qualifications
- For Group C- The minimum educational qualification shall be class 10+2 for eligibility to appear in CET for Group C posts.
- For Group D-The minimum qualification shall be Matric along with Hindi or Sanskrit as one of the subjects in Matric or Hindi as one of the subjects in Higher Standard or as per provision in Haryana Group D Employees
- Mandatory: For Matriculation exams, Hindi or Sanskrit is one of the required topics, with higher criteria for Hindi.

Call Letters/ Admit Card
The Haryana CET Admit Card 2024 will be provided to the candidates by the Haryana Staff Selection Commission on behalf of the Haryana Government. As of now, the examination authority has not decided on the admit card release date. The candidates can use their online application id, password, phone number, and date of birth to access the document after its official release.
In addition to the Admit Card, it is mandatory to carry at least two passport size recent color photographs. If an aspirant fails to do so will not be allowed to enter the exam hall. Original valid Photo-ID proof having the Date of Birth as printed on the Admit Card, such as:

- Passport
- PAN Card
- Driving License
- Ex-Serviceman Discharge Book issued by Ministry of Defense.

Answer Keys
With respect to skill and/or written exam, Answer Keys will be placed on the Commission’s website after the Examination. Any representation regarding Answer Keys received within the time limit fixed by the Commission at the time of uploading of the Answer Keys will be scrutinized before finalizing the Answer Keys and the decision of the Commission in this regard will be final. No representation regarding Answer Keys shall be entertained later. Candidates may go through the Answer Keys and submit representations, if any, on payment of Rs.100/- per question within the time limit given by the Commission through the online modality only. The final answer key will be placed on the website of the Commission after the declaration of the final result of all categories/ posts.

Special Instructions
- Commission can increase or decrease the number or break up of already advertised posts anytime till the date of recommendation on the basis of a change of demand of requisitioning department.
- Success in the examination confers no right of appointment unless Government is satisfied after such enquiry as may be considered necessary that the candidate is suitable in all respects for appointment to the service/ post.
- The Commission will display the scanned images of OMR answer sheets in the respective logins of candidates. The date of display of scanned images of OMR would be communicated after the examination through public notice.
CET 2024 Haryana Recruitment Process
The candidate has to score a minimum of 50% marks (unreserved) and 40% marks (reserved) to be eligible for the recruitment process. Provided that the maximum number of eligible candidates for the skill and/or written examination who shall be eligible to appear in such examination based on the number of posts advertised by the Commission as under:-
- If the vacancy is less than 30, then the candidates called will be 5 times the number of vacancies.
- If the vacancy is between 30 to 50, then 150 CET-qualified candidates will be called.
- If the vacancy is greater than 50, then the number of candidates goes thrice to the vacancies released.
CET Exam 2024 Important Points to Remember
- The candidates qualifying will be eligible for direct recruitment to Group C & D posts.
- Anyone either a resident of Haryana or a non-resident of Haryana can appear for HSSC CET 2024.
- The validity of the CET scorecard will be 3 years.
- The minimum qualifying mark required to clear Haryana CET is 50% for General, and for other caste minimum mark to be scored is 40%.
- For vacancies up to a maximum of 50 posts, the Commission will call five times the total posts and 3 times the candidates for recruitment of more than 50 posts on the basis of CET score/percentile by category. If more than one candidate will be eligible at the cutoff then they will also be called.
