Five of those wins came with backup quarterback Cooper Rush under center. Dak Prescott came back and played a game from start to finish for the first time this season.

Detroit entered the game without De'Andre Swift and Amon-Ra St. Lions were able to run the ball more efficiently, but they committed 5 turnovers and taking five sacks. All those mistakes are what Dallas needs to win again.

The Cowboys received great performances from both Ezekiel Elliott (two touchdowns on the ground) and Tony Pollard (109 total yards on 14 carries). Also, Prescott was efficient (8.3 yards per attempt)

Turnovers. That is all. For most of the game, the Lions and Cowboys were roughly equal in time of possession. But Detroit turned the ball over four times and Dallas just once.
