Eligibility Criteria
For Specialist (Full & Part-Time)
Candidates must possess a PG Degree or Diploma in the respective medical specialty registered with the Medical Council of India (MCI). Preference will be given to those with PG Degree qualification.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years after PG Degree OR 5 years after PG Diploma.
- Age Limit: Not exceeding 69 years as of the interview date.
For Senior Resident (3-Year Residency Scheme)
Candidates should have a PG Degree or Diploma in the respective specialty registered with MCI. Candidates with 2 years of experience after MBBS in the concerned specialty may also be considered if PG candidates are unavailable.

Leave & Contract Details
- Full-time specialists are entitled to 4 days leave per month (pro-rata), while part-time specialists do not have leave benefits.

- Security Deposit: Rs. 30,000 via Demand Draft in favor of ESI Fund A/c No. 01, payable at Bhilai. Refundable after completion of the contract with a No Dues Certificate.
